In my practice, I guide you through a structured, research-based process that shows you how to uncover the invisible patterns shaping your behavior, emotions, and relationships. You’ll learn how to map your identity using flashcards, symbolic cues, somatic rituals, and memory techniques that reach the layers where real change happens.
I offer a system built around how the brain actually works—how patterns form, how identity is constructed, and how those loops can be restructured through targeted, repeatable interventions. No magical thinking. No spiritual bypassing. Just grounded, neuropsychologically informed work that’s designed to hold up under scrutiny.

I will assist you in restructuring your routines around energy, sleep, and attention cycles to get results in health, focus, and relationships without hype.

We’ll find the invisible drivers behind your habits, reactions, or burnout cycles. Then we’ll use structured tools—like flashcards, body cues, and contradiction tracking—to update them, step by step.
